The installments of the film a la Sex in the City or The L Word, prompts us to witness the relationship of the long-term couple, Dina and Dot, on their frenzied search for the right sperm donor. Their friends, Drea, a butch heartthrob; Daynisha, a closeted basketball star; and Dani, an angst-ridden straight girl; convene at the Drunken Pussycat, a bar owned by the sexy and aggressive Daria. Add Dot's FTM half-brother Dex, to complete this modern dyke telenovela style entertaining story.

Caught between his Hispanic-American heritage and being gay, James Sanchez is rapidly approaching thirty, unemployed and without a boyfriend starts to wonder what happened to his plans for fame, fortune and love. While his best friend, Roxy, tries to show him that there is life beyond the glitz of disco ball, Brandon, his other friend, encourages him to at least talk to a boy. Eventually James finds his place in the world, realizing that life is in the journey, not in the destination.
